Kim Kardashian first public appearance one month after the birth of little North

 Making her debut: Kim Kardashian was apparently spotted for the first time since the birth of baby North last month
Looking flynew mama....what do you think....  has she shed some of the baby weight yet? me thinks she looks great!!!
